Developed in the early 1990s, Spaulding Farm is named for the original Spaulding family farm. Located just south of I-85 on Hwy 14, Spaulding Farm has  353 custom built traditional homes. Spaulding Farm lot sizes range from over 1/3 acre to several acres. Home sizes range from 3000 to 7000 square feet. The community has a central community complex which includes two club houses, work-out facility, (2) pools, tennis courts and a playground area. 

Spaulding Farms has numerous community oriented clubs for both children and adults that include: swimming, tennis, gardening, card playing, reading, etc.  There are numerous seasonal and holiday events sponsored in the community throughout the year.
