2021 LIFEGUARD/POOL HOURS:

Monday, May 17th – Friday, June 4th
Monday-Thursday: 3pm-8pm
Friday: 3pm-9pm
Saturday: 10am-9pm
Sunday: 1pm-8pm

Monday 5/31 (Memorial Day): 10am-8pm

Saturday, June 5th - Monday, August 16th
Monday-Thursday: 10am-8pm
Friday, Saturday: 10am-9pm
Sunday: 1pm-8pm

Tuesday. August 17 - Thursday, September 30th
Greenville County Public Schools back in session
Lifeguard will be on only be on duty on the dates below, all other days: residents swim at their own risk and resident under the age of 21 must be under adult supervision.
Saturday: Aug 21; Aug 28: 10am-8pm
Sunday: Aug 22; Aug 29: 1pm-8pm

Labor Day Weekend

Saturday, Sept 4: 10am-8pm
Sunday: Sept 5: 1pm-8pm

Swim Team - Go Stallions!!
The pool will be closed to residents from 3:30pm-10pm to accommodate the home swim team meets on the following dates:
June 10, 2021: Holly Tree vs. Spaulding Farm
June 17, 2021: Woody Creek vs. Spaulding Farm

The lap pool will be used for Guppy meets a couple of Saturday mornings in June. Dates will be posted closer to the time. The pool is open during guppy meets. The guppy swim team will only use the lap pool from 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

St. Joseph Swim Team leases the lap pool for practices and meets at the following times:
August 2, 2021 through August 12, 2021 between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday; August 16, 2021 through September 30, 2021, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. St Joseph may hold up to three swim meets per season which occur on a weeknight. St. Joseph’s does not use the pool on any weekends or holidays. Spaulding Farm does not conduct any swim team practices or meets, or cabana pool parties during St. Joseph’s scheduled practices and meets. The pool is open to Spaulding Farm residents during all these times.


SPAULDING FARM POOL RULES
To ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of our pool facility by all residents, please read and abide by the following pool rules and discuss them with your children. Have a safe and relaxing summer!
1. No one under 21 is allowed at the pool without an adult unless there are lifeguards present.
2. The pool is considered “open” to minors when lifeguards are present.
3. When lifeguards are not present, the pool is “swim at your own risk” for residents over age 21.
4. The pool is closed to everyone from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
5. Children 10 and over may attend the pool without parents when lifeguards are present after lifeguards have given them a swimming test and permission.
6. Spaulding Farm’s pool area is for use by residents and their guests only.
7. To ensure safety, security, and DHEC compliance, all pool gates must remain closed and locked at all times. Entering the pool without a key card or allowing others to enter without a key card is strictly prohibited. Please contact Gwen Miller ([email protected]) if you need a key card.
8. A lifeguard will check-in residents as they enter the gate to ensure they are a Spaulding Farm resident and their HOA annual dues have been paid.
9. When lifeguards are on duty, a 10-minute “break” (adult swim) will be called at the end of each hour. Adults over age 18 are allowed in the pool during the lifeguard break.
10. “Swim diapers” are required for all children who are not toilet-trained.
11. NO SMOKING, PETS, or GLASS allowed in the pool area at any time.
12. Appropriate behavior is expected at all times (no rough play, profanity, or inappropriate behavior).
13. The pool manager and lifeguards are authorized and expected to enforce these and all rules posted at the pool.
14. An adult homeowner may bring up to five guests with them to the pool. The child of a homeowner (without parent supervision) may bring two guests to the pool.
15. A gathering of more than 12 guests is considered a pool party, and a homeowner must schedule the party and reserve extra lifeguards per the POOL PARTY requirements below.


POOL PARTY Requirements:
1. To reserve the clubhouse, pool cabana or both for a party, contact Jasmine Barnes ([email protected]) or Gwen Miller ([email protected]) to make a reservation. Any homeowner hosting a pool party without a reservation will be billed the $25 rental fee for the pavilion, plus a $25.00 penalty fee.
2. Extra lifeguard for every 12 people just be reserved for all parties. The lifeguard rate is $25/hour per lifeguard. Lifeguards on regular duty cannot be scheduled for a party. To reserve extra lifeguards for a party, please complete a cabana/pool party request form available on the Spaulding Farm website and to reserve extra lifeguards for a party contact Upstate Pool Management Lori Kellett at (864) 688-1143 ([email protected])
3. The pool and cabana may not be reserved during swim team practices or home swim meets.
