As of October 1, 2021: CDJ will no longer hold checks for clubhouse rentals and security deposits in their office.  Once the rental applications are received by Joyner, they will be reviewed for approval. Please complete the application with as much detail as possible to avoid any delays in processing. Once approved, Joyner will contact the homeowner submitting the application and inform them the rental fee and security deposit can now be paid through the Joyner portal with a credit card or check. The event date will be reserved on the calendar. Joyner can not hold dates on the calendar. Application approval and fees paid are the only way the date will be reserved.  Joyner will still accept clubhouse rental applications, user fee and security deposits through the mail and from walk into the office customers.
 
Once the rental event has occurred and the clubhouse committee has notified Joyner, the security deposit can be returned, Joyner will request the accounting department to refund the deposit which could take up to 2 weeks to cut the check. 
 
New Procedure: Homeowners no longer have to come to our office to submit clubhouse rental applications or user funds. Joyner will still accept walk-in and mail in applications and user fee and deposit checks. JOYNER WILL NO LONGER HOLD DEPOSIT CHECKS - THEY WILL BE CASHED. If you have a pending reservation, please contact Gwen Miller at Joyner by phone (864-242-4466) or email ([email protected]) regarding security deposit check.
