Dear SF Residents,

Thank you to everyone who has signed the pool rules and key card addendum. We are in the process of working out all the details to be able to open the pool on June 1st.

This Sunday, May 17th we will be handing out the key cards for the pool and fitness center from 4:00 to 6:00 at the clubhouse. If you have not yet signed the key card addendum, you can access the form to sign electronically on www.spauldingfarm.org. https://www.spauldingfarm.org/p/Pool-Rues--Key-Card-Addendum
We will have copies there on Sunday as well.

If you cannot come on Sunday, we will be able to deliver them over the next week to your home. Please contact Joy at C Dan Joyner if you would like your card delivered if you have not already.

**FITNESS CENTER UPDATE**
***a key card will be required to access the fitness center***

The fitness center is set to reopen on Monday, May 18th. The new key cards will work and we will have the key lock available to use for a week until the majority of cards have been handed out.

Please see the guidelines below for the fitness center:

1. Use of facility is at your own risk with following guidelines for use of equipment and facility.
2. If sick or have a fever; do not use this exercise facility.
3. Wipes and sanitizer are provided, however, we do recommend bringing your own as well.
4. Bring your own towels for personal use during any activity.
5. After use sanitize and wipe any touched surfaces such as doorknobs or weights

We will also be having the clubhouse cleaned on a weekly basis.
